“ The Mic Mac bar and grill is an institution. You have to be a local to know about it, you can’t see it from the street. Yet it is always busy and buzzing. Pictures on the walls will make long time locals nostalgic. The food is a great mixture of healthy maritime home cooked style meals and less healthy (but delicious) pub food. ”

“ We went here for Easter supper. I gave 5 stars across the board even though we did have a 45 min wait for our table and 35 min wait for food - that's to be expected during a Holiday. I had the bbq chicken Burger and everyone else had the hot turkey. I thought the burger was excellent. Very juicy and flavorful. I got hot sauce on the side to dip. Aside from the wait times, service was excellent. Our server was super friendly and checked in often. ”

So we jumped in the car, and as soon as we pulled up, we could tell the party was on. The place was packed. Good thing we made a reservation. The food? Absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it. Be sure to try the Haddock Chowder. ”

“ Loaded Skins were a bit salty for my taste. However, the steak was fantastic, cooked medium rare. My wife enjoyed a beautiful lobster dinner. The service was impressively organized. No wait for our reserved table despite a lineup at the door, and the staff were fun and cheerful. Overall, I'd say they made a lifetime customer out of me! ”
